To reduce filament usage, we selected the optimal cutting model, providing boots, hands, and platform stringers as separate assembly pieces so you receive the cleanest results possible. By default, we include non-supported files. If you need pre-supported versions, please contact us through our support page to confirm availability. In case pre-supported files are not offered, we regret that we cannot provide them.
For multi-part models, most files are already split into separate components for easier printing and assembly. However, in some cases, only a single-piece merged version is available. To verify whether the files are pre-cut or merged, please reach out to us directly. No refund will be accepted for the reason "the files missing single-piece version or missing separate components version".
